Alsup’s Field Day is Tuesday, May 28th. This year’s theme is Space: “Out of this World Field Day!” Students will spend the day outside with their class, participating in a variety of activities. Parents are invited to visit and watch their students from 9:30-11:30. To ensure the safety of everyone, students must remain with their teacher and class during Field Day. Only Alsup students are allowed to participate in the activities. 

*New this year: Inflatable permission slip: Per district rules, all students must have a signed permission slip in order to participate in the inflatable slide or obstacle course. 

Each student must have a permission slip signed by May 22nd. We cannot accept one permission slip per family, every student must have their own signed permission slip. Parents/Guardians, please complete the google form sent from your child’s teacher. 

 

We are looking for volunteers that would be willing to help with stations. Volunteers would be responsible for teaching students the activity, supervising the students during the activity, and ensuring students are completing the activity correctly. For safety reasons, volunteers cannot bring any additional guests, including children. If you are interested in helping, please contact Mrs. Woodward!
